- Put right sides of the cotton fabric together (Cut 9×6 for adult or 7.5 x 5 for child)
- Sew to the first corner starting at the center of the bottom edge, then stop. Then sew the elastic with the edge out into the corner. Doing a few stitches forward and back will hold this.
